365 Calorie Salad

Nothing like coming home after a long day and making a delicious meal to relax with.

Chop Salad:

1/4 lettuce head chopped (only $0.99 for the whole thing)

1 Tomato

4-5 Mushrooms sliced

1/2 avocado

Roasted chicken breast

2-3 tablespoons of your favorite low cal dressing. Lighthouse has a bunch of vinaigrettes around 40 calories/serving.
