Tonight I’m all about less effort. Dinner doesn’t have to be any one way, it just has to fill you up and be healthy! Tonight I’m eating left over lean turkey from spaghetti last night, scrambled eggs with almond milk and sriracha, and broccoli with cheese sauce. It’s heavenly, I’m getting full fast, and it’s 450 calories. Perfect for gearing up for my run tonight!

- Frozen broccoli with cheese sauce (the kind that comes in a box)
- Scrambled eggs topped with sirracha
